J M Appraisers Co Ltd was established in 1998 by Mr. Joseph Major, our Founder and Consultant. He is a past student of Fanshawe College, London, Ontario, who attained a four year diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (Structural). The Principal Partner, Mr. Godfrey Gardiner holds a certificate in Home Inspection and is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors in Boulder, Colorado (USA).
He is a licensed appraiser with The Bahamas Real Estate Association, a Professional member of Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) Morgan Town, West Virginia, USA.
With over 40 years experience between the two, in property and building valuation throughout The Bahamas, Mr. Major and Mr. Gardiner have performed cost estimates for large building projects along with project management on complex, small-type projects.
J M Appraisers Co Ltd is certified in Real Estate Appraising, Review Appraising and Valuation Consultation. We have acquired membership with many professional partners.
